The apostle can use its action to polymorph into its apostle form, or back into its false form, which is humanoid. While in its apostle form, its size becomes Large. Its statistics, other than its AC, are the same in each form. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying isn't transformed. Keen Hearing and Smell. The apostle has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on hearing or smell. ACTIONS Slash. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d4 + 4) slashing damage. Bite (Apostle Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target charmed by the apostle or that is incapacitated. Hit: 25 (6d6 + 4) piercing damage. Draw (Humanoid Form Only, Recharge 5-6)). The succubus casts charm person.

The succubus apostle in its [humanoid] and [apostle] forms in Berserk chapter 0A. A relatively common form of apostle, every succubus apostle was once a normal human, but was turned when, in their darkest moment, they sacrificed the person closest to them to the God Hand, gaining power considered immense to humanity, but pitiful to other apostles.
