Speed (D20 Modern Skill)

Speed (Dex; Armor Penalty; Trained Only; Power)[edit]
Check: Using this skill allows the character to speed up. The character becomes under the effect of the Haste spell. The effects of the spell stay the same as if you casted it upon your self except that the duration is determined by the check result, the character can dismiss the effect at any time as a free action.
