The snake lord is a relatively weak apostle that, using his immense power in relation to human might gained from the God Hand, subjugated the authorities of the small region of Koka. Abusing his power, Koka's citizens are abducted from the countryside by the handful to be butchered and consumed by the count, and to be fed to his knowing court for his amusement. |
