Empty Shell. Sanshōuo must either be controlled by another creature capable of controlling puppets or be piloted by a Medium or smaller creature. Additionally, up to 3 creatures may occupy Sanshōuo's space, forcing all effects that would target them to target it instead and restring their action to only being able to end this effect.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. Sanshōuo makes three attacks: one with its bite and two with its claws. It can make one tail attack in place of its two claw attacks.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 26 (3d12 + 7) piercing damage.

Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 16 (2d8 + 7) slashing damage.

Tail. Melee Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 26 (3d12 + 7) bludgeoning damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 20 Strength saving throw or be pushed up to 10 feet away from the dragon turtle and knocked prone.

Black Secret Technique: Machine One Shot. One creature within 30 feet must succeed a DC 21 Intelligence saving throw or move inside Sanshōuo's space and be restrained until Sanshōuo is reduced to 0 hit points or uses its action to end this effect. While this is active, Sanshōuo can't use its action for any other purpose.

Shield. Sanshōuo deploys a 25 ft. long iron shield along one of its sides. The shield counts as full cover and has 300 hit points. It can not take actions except to end this effect or Black Secret Technique: Machine One Shot, it loses its burrowing speed, and its movement speed becomes 5 ft. If it is attacked on a side perpendicular to the shield, it must succeed a Constitution saving throw with a DC equal to half the damage taken or be stunned until the end if its next turn and be unable to use this action until the end of a long rest.

A large puppet with the main intent of being an ultimate shield, Sanshōuo has only been used by Sasori of the Red Sand and Kankuro.
