Mental Control (Int; Trained Only; Power)[edit]
Check: Using this skill allows a character to read the surface thoughts of others around them. The character becomes under the effect of the Detect Thoughts psionic power and can detect the thoughts of creatures within 60 ft. radius of him. The target does not get a Will save to resist this and you may only target a certain number of creatures with this skill at once, based on the check result.

Special: The target is completely unaware of the character reading their mind.
Time: Using this skill takes a move equivalent action.
