Kiba's Wielder (5e Creature)

Medium humanoid (Human), lawful good
Chakra. Kiba's wielder has 25 chakra points which he can expend. All chakra points are regained at the end of a long rest.
Evasion. When Kiba's wielder is targeted by an effect that allows him to make a Dexterity saving throw to take half damage on a success, he takes no damage on a success and half damage on a failure.
Multiattack. Kiba's wielder can make 2 unarmed strike or Kiba attacks.
Unarmed Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (2d4 + 4) magical slashing damage.
Kiba. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 4) lightning damage.
Thunderbolt (5 Chakra). All creatures within a 15 foot radius must attempt a DC 16 Constitution saving throw, taking 13 (2d4 + 1d6 + 4) lightning damage and being pushed 5 ft. away from you on a failure, or taking half as much damage on a success.
Thunder Gate (20 Chakra). All creatures except Kiba's wielder a 25 foot radius area must succeed a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw or take 44 (10d6 + 5) lightning damage. On a success, they take half as much damage.
Depth Charge (10 Chakra). As a reaction to being hit with a melee attackthe attacker must attempt a DC 16 Constitution saving throw, being thrown 30 feet from Kiba's wielder and taking 18 (2d8 + 1d6 + 4) lightning damage on a failure, or moving half as far and taking half as much damage on a success.
Known as the "the fangs", Kiba is a set of twin short swords, they are identical in every way and have two protruding smaller blades near the top and base of the blade. Forged in a method only used once and lost to man, they are able to constantly generate electricity, bolstering both their cutting power and the user's Lightning Style ninjutsu. For their entire history, they have only ever been wielded by the Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist.
