Josuke Higashikata, Variant (5e Creature)
From D&D Wiki
Josuke Higashikata, Variant
medium humanoid (human), chaotic good
Saving Throws Str +11, Con +8
Dorararararara (recharges on a short or long rest). Josuke can take one additional action on his turn.
Morioh Cafe. Josuke can revitalize his wounded allies during a short rest. If him or any friendly creatures regain hit points by spending Hit Dice at the end of the short rest, each of those creatures regains an extra 1d10 hit points.
Protagonist Effect. When Josuke makes an ability check, he can expend one use of Slice of Life. Roll a d10 and add the number rolled to his ability check. Josuke can choose to do so after he rolls the die for the ability check.
Kindest Power. Josuke cannot use cure wounds, dispel magic, greater restoration, healing word, healing spirit, lesser restoration, regenerate, or remove curse on himself.
Spellcasting. Josuke is a 14th-level spellcaster. His spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 19, +11 to hit with spell attacks). Josuke has the following spells prepared:
Cantrips (at will): mage hand, mending
1st level (4 slots): cure wounds, grease, healing word, heroism, illusory script, longstrider (self only)
2nd level (3 slots): healing spirit, lesser restoration, shatter
3rd level (3 slots): dispel magic, remove curse
4th level (3 slots): freedom of movement, phantasmal killer
5th level (2 slots): greater restoration, haste, passwall, wall of stone
6th level (1 slot): flesh to stone, true seeing
7th level (1 slot): regenerate
Multiattack. Josuke makes two Dora attacks.
Dora. Melee Attack: +11 to hit, range 5 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (1d8 + 5) bludgeoning damage. Additionally, Josuke can make an additional attack from Crazy Diamond's position twice per day.
JoJo Endurance (Recharges on a short or long rest). Bonus Action: Josuke can regain 11 (1d10 + 6) hit points.
Crazy Diamond. Bonus Action: Josuke can magically manifest Crazy Diamond in an unoccupied space he can see within 15 feet of him. Crazy Diamond lasts until it is destroyed, until he dismisses it as a bonus action, until he manifest another echo, or until he's incapacitated. Crazy Diamond has an AC of 20, 1 hit point, and immunity to all conditions. If it has to make a saving throw, it uses Josuke's saving throw bonus for the roll. It is medium, and it occupies its space. On Josuke's turn, he can mentally command Crazy Diamond to move up to 30 feet in any direction. If Crazy Diamond is ever more than 30 feet from him at the end of his turn, it is destroyed. When Josuke makes a Dora attack on his turn, it can originate from his space or Crazy Diamond's space. He makes this choice for each attack.
What Did You Say About My Hair? Josuke expends a 6th level spell slot. For up to 10 minutes, as long as he maintains concentration on this like a spell, he can't cast spells, and he gains the following benefits: Josuke gains 50 temporary hit points. If any of these remain when the effect ends, they are lost. He has advantage on Dora attack rolls. When Josuke hits a target with a Dora attack, that target takes an extra 2d12 force damage. Immediately after the effect ends, he must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or suffer one level of exhaustion.
Fix Debris. Bonus Action: Josuke can magically swap places with Crazy Diamond at a cost of 15 feet of his movement, regardless of the distance between the two of them.
Slice of Life (5 per short or long rest). Bonus Action: Josuke chooses one creature other than himself within 60 feet of him who can hear him. That creature gains one Slice of Life die, a d10. Once within the next 10 minutes, the creature can roll the die and add the number rolled to one ability check, attack roll, or saving throw it makes. The creature can wait until after it rolls the d20 before deciding to use the Bardic Inspiration die. Once the die is rolled, it is lost. A creature can have only one Slice of Life die at a time.
Shining Opportunity. When a creature that Josuke can see within 5 feet of Crazy Diamond moves at least 5 feet away from it, he can make an opportunity attack against that creature as if he were in Crazy Diamond's space.
Cunning Actions. When a creature that Josuke can see within 60 feet of him makes an attack roll, an ability check, or a damage roll, he can use his reaction to expend one of his uses of Slice of Life, rolling a d10 and subtracting the number rolled from the creature's roll. He can choose to use this feature after the creature makes its roll, or before the creature deals its damage. The creature is immune if it can't hear Josuke or if it's immune to being charmed.
Josuke is a biracial (half-Japanese and half-British) high school first-year residing in the town of Morioh. In the year 1999, he meets Jotaro Kujo, who informs him that he is Joseph's illegitimate son. After his grandfather dies, Josuke takes it upon himself to protect his beloved town from malevolent Stand Users.
