On you turn you can activate this as an action lasting for a number of minutes equal to your constitution modifier or the player ends this effect as a bonus or is knocked out. The user becomes many times stronger to their level prior to activation in every aspect, experiencing a +6 increase in strength or dexterity (max strength or dexterity becomes anything up to 30) and +15ft speed. You also gain resistance to magical bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage. You have advantage on Strength checks made to grapple or shove an opponent. You can use this ability once every short rest. You don’t have to use this ability all at once At 15th level this increases to +8 to dexterity or strength and constitution and a +20 speed.
Additionally as a free action, proficiency times per day, when receiving damage, you can compress your muscles to protect your body and make it a tough hide, while this is active you have resistance to nonmagical bludgeoning, slashing, piercing, lightning, and fire damage, until the start of your next turn
