Grand Defiance[edit]

When you fail a saving throw against a spell or effect that would influence your actions, such as the charmed or frightened condition, and some spells from the enchantment school (command, charm person, etc...), you can choose to succeed instead. After using this blessing three times, you can't do it again until you complete a long rest.

Grand Defiance is an ancient blessing, almost lost to time. It is said that the sages of old convened one dark night and realized one undeniable truth: Free will is important. Thus, they worked diligently and over the course of several years, creating this blessing.
