Dodai (5e Creature)

Small humanoid (Human), any alignments
Chakra. Dodai has 23 chakra points which he can expend. All chakra points are regained at the end of a long rest.
Endurance. When Dodai is targeted by an effect that requires him to make a Constitution saving throw, taking half damage on a success, he takes no damage on a success, and half damage on a failure.
Multiattack. Dodai makes two unarmed strikes.
Unarmed Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (2d4 + 3) magical bludgeoning damage.
Melting Apparition (1 Chakra). Ranged Spell Attack: +8 to hit, range 10 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 4) acid damage.
Quicklime Congeal (4 Chakra). Ranged Spell Attack: +8 to hit, range 25 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (2d4 + 4) bludgeoning damage and the target is restrained for 1 minute. They may attempt a DC 16 Strength saving throw at the end of each of their turns, ending this effect early on a success.
Rubbery Defense (8 Chakra). One creature within 5 feet gains +5 AC and immunity to lightning damage, they can not take actions, and their movement speed is decreased by 5 feet for 1 minute. Dodai may end this effect early as an action, and a creature effected by this may attempt a DC 16 Strength saving throw, ending this effect early on a success.
Using the Lava Style Kekkei Genkai to make rubbery defenses and deadly attacks from a young age, making him a powerhouse against his lightning-wielding contemporaries, Dodai was a well-respected attendant to two of the Hidden Cloud's Third and Fourth Raikage.
