Anticipation

Prerequisites: Strength or Dexterity, and Wisdom score of 15 or higher
You've mastered the subtle art of waiting and then punishing your opponents.

So long, as you are not wielding a weapon with the Heavy property, as a bonus action, you may enter a state of preparation waiting for your opponent to strike. While in the preparation stance, if a creature hits you with a melee attack, as a reaction you may counter by making an attack of opportunity against them. On a hit, you half the damage taken and deal damage as normal.

If you took the Ready action the turn you enter your state of preparation, you may now counterattack against as many melee attacks equal to your proficiency bonus made against you until the start of your next turn without expending a reaction. Additionally, performing the Ready action no longer consumes your reaction when used alongside this feature.
