Titan Blade (3.5e Prestige Class)
From D&D Wiki
Titan Blade[edit]
The Titan Blade is obsessed with mastering the use of weapons far bigger than he. With much practice he has turned what others found awkward, and unwieldy, into weapons far greater than any others. By devoting himself to his blade, and its mastery, a Titan Blade is able to utilize his enourmous weapons for more than just destructive force, but also a reach of equal proportions. With unique combat techniques, and superior destructive power, the Titan Blade is truly a force to be reckoned with.
Becoming a Titan Blade[edit]
Anyone interested in wielding enourmous weapons, and dealing enormous amount of damage, tend toward this class. Most often Fighters pursue this class, but Barbarians, and Rangers are also good candidates. Strength and Constitution are both vital, due to their physical advantages, and they are required for the Titan Blade's Smite and Finisher Techniques.

Class Features[edit]
All of the following are class features of the Titan Blade.
Titanic Reach: A Titan Blade gains the feat Inhuman Reach (Lords of Madness p. 180)
Great Swing: (Ex): As a Full-round action you may perform a single melee attack in a line equal to your total weapon length, round up, while using a Titanic Reach weapon in two hands. For example, if the Titan Blade has 10 foot reach, he may make a single melee attack roll and apply it against each defender in a 10 foot line.
Walls and similar objects can block a Great Swing. Start by affecting the closest target, then moving farther back until the end of your reach, or an obstruction occurs, whichever comes first. You may attempt to Sunder an obstruction, then continue your Great Swing if successful.
If the Titan Blade drops one of his foes with a Great Swing, he may make a Cleave attack normally, but only once per swing, even if he drops more than one foe.
Titanic Smite: (Su): Once per day, a Titan Blade may attempt to smite a foe at least one size category smaller than a weapon they have Titanic Reach with, using a normal melee attack. The Titan Blade adds his Constitution bonus (if any) to his attack roll, and 4 extra damage per size category the Titanic Reach weapon is larger than the target. For example, attacking a Medium sized creature with a Huge Greatsword deals an extra 8 damage.
At 5th level, and every three levels thereafter, a Titan Blade may use Titanic Smite one additional time per day.
Supreme Cleave: A Titan Blade may take a 5-foot step between atacks when using the Cleave, or Great Cleave Feat. He is still limited to one such adjustment per round, so he cannot use this ability during a round in which a 5-foot step has already been made.
Titanic Relic: Her Ancestral Relic becomes a Titanic Relic. She makes sacrifices worth 1 gp and spends days in prayer and fasting in the temple of Heironeous. When she emerges, her devotion has awakened the magic inherent in the blade, making it enbodied with an Enlarge Weapon spell increasing its size by one. Only the weapon chosen with Ancestral Relic may be enlarged in this way. This sacrifice does not have to be gold--you can sacrifice magic items or other goods worth the required amount, rather than selling your goods (at double value) to pay for the sacrifice. You must spend 1 day per 1 gp value you sacrifice. During this time, you must spend at least 8 hours each day in prayer or meditation, not stopping to eat or rest.
Titan Grip: You may wield weapons 3 size categories larger than you are with a -1 penalty on the attack roll, but the amount of effort it takes you to use the weapon does not change.(This includes using two-handed weapons as single-handed weapons, as two-handed weapons are considered a size category larger.)
Improved Power Attack: When wielding a Titanic Reach weapon at least 1 size category larger than you, a Titan Blade gains a +12 on melee damage rolls for every -1 penalty he takes when using the Power Attack feat. This benefit does not stack with the normal effects of Power Attack.
Improved Great Swing: (Ex): You may use a Great Swing as a Standard action, rather than a Full-round action. This may allow you to perform more than one Great Swing in a Full-round attack action.
Titanic Strike: When wielding a weapon at least 3 size category larger than you in 2 hands, you may add 2 times you strength modifier to the damage roll, instead of the normal 1-1/2 times.
Supreme Sunder: When performing a Sunder, you may treat your size equal to that of your weapon. For example, when wielding a Huge Greataxe, for the purpose of using a Sunder, you may treat your size as Huge.
Dragon Relic: Her Titanic Relic becomes Dragonic Relic. She makes sacrifices worth 55 gp and spends days in prayer and fasting in the temple of Heironeous. When she emerges, her devotion has awakened the magic inherent in the blade, making it enbodied with another Enlarge Weapon spell increasing its size by one. Only the weapon choosen with Ancestral Relic may be enlarged in this way. This sacrifice does not have to be gold--you can sacrifice magic items or other goods worth the required amount, rather than selling your goods (at half value) to pay for the sacrifice. You must spend 1 day per 25 gp value you sacrifice. During this time, you must spend at least 8 hours each day in prayer or meditation, not stopping to eat or rest.
Dragon Grip: You may wield weapons up to 5 size category larger than you with a -2 penalty on the attack roll, and no increase in effort.(This includes using two-handed weapons as single-handed weapons, as two-handed weapons are considered a size category larger) example; a meduim charactor can now wield a Huge two-handed weapon in her main hand or a Gargantuan two-handed weapon in both hands.
Massive Swing: (Ex): As a Full-round action, a Titan Blade may make a single Great Swing that targets all within his Titanic Reach, not just a single line. Obstructions still interfere, but may be Sundered as normal.
Supreme Power Attack: When wielding a Titanic Reach weapon at least 1 size category larger than you, a Titan Blade gains a +20 on melee damage rolls for every -1 penalty he takes when using the Power Attack feat. This benefit does not stack with the normal effects of Power Attack.
Titanic Finisher: (Su): As a standard action you may perform a Titanic Finisher, a devastating final blow, meant only to kill. To perform a Titanic Finisher you must use a 2-Handed Slashing, or Bludgeoning weapon you have Titanic Reach with. If using a Slashing weapon, you may perform the Sky Reaver, if using a Bludgeoning weapon, you may perform the Explosive Fissure. A Titanic Finisher can be used a number of times per day equal to your Constitution modifier. If going to be used at the beginning of an encounter you add your strength mod to your initiative, this stacks with any abilities and feats you may have. Creatures immune to critical hits automatically get a +20 to save against.
Sky Reaver: You leap into the air and swing down with all your might. The sky itself seems to tear as your blade rips through the air, and with a cacophonous roar your blade is engulfed with all the fury of the skies. With a devastating push, you cleave your foe in two, from top to bottom. From such a great height the impact causes a 10 mile destructive shockwave
Make a single melee attack roll, on a successful hit your target must make a Fortitude save (DC = 10 + character level + 12x your Strength modifier) or be instantly severed in two. This bypasses all immunities and all abilities spell like, supernatural and extraordinary that would absorb and prevent any damage. If successful the target takes damage as normal, plus 3d6 Electricity damage per Titan Blade class level.
Explosive Fissure: With a powerful leap into the air, you swing down with all your strength. Landing with enough force to crush mountains, you feel the earth itself shatter as the heavy blow crushes your foe. With a deafening blast your foe explodes, pieces flying in all directions.
Make a single melee attack roll, on a successful hit your target must make a Fortitude save (DC = 10 + character level + 15x your Strength modifier) or explode. This bypasses all immunities and abilities spell like, supernatural and extraordinary that would absorb and prevent any damage. If successful the target takes damage as normal, plus 3d10 Sonic damage per Titan Blade class level. The very strike causes seismic quakes up to 3 miles
